The company was in a moment of rethinking the user experience of the product focus to increase the market share and be more competitive to potential clients.

The main objective was to further solidify its market strength with a new visual and better easy of use for different extreme users profiles.

Challenge

Warm up, workshop and immersion

To initiate the project, our primary focus was to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client and their existing product line.

In an initial workshop session, we delved into crucial aspects such as product features, user needs, the user journey, and existing hypotheses.

Subsequently, we embarked on an in-depth phase dedicated to comprehensively analyzing the diverse range of current products. Our aim was to discern the functionality of each product, the specific issues they addressed, and identify potential opportunities for enhancement.

User research +workshop

Following the immersion phase, we conducted a series of user interviews involving stakeholders and end-users. Upon completion of the interviews, we synthesized our findings by categorizing and clustering the responses to identify common themes and patterns.

The third phase involved building the new version of the client's solution. We initiated this stage by commencing with information architecture steps, designing the navigation flows, and creating wireframes.
